Combines several pump sources and one signal laser into an LMA (Large Mode Area) double clad fiber for a high power output. The number of ports available correspond to increasingly high power-handling capability.
This iteration combines 18 pumps (and 1 signal laser) into one fiber.
According to the pump and signal transit direction difference, there are forward pump and backward pump types.
